1. Scope of Warranty

This warranty exclusively applies to Tubularip-manufactured machines and parts, affirming they are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of 60 days from the date of original purchase. This warranty is provided to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage is limited to defects that arise during normal use of Tubularip-manufactured products and does not extend to problems resulting from improper maintenance, modification, misuse, operation outside product specifications, physical damage, or natural disasters.

3. Remedies

Should a Tubularip-manufactured product prove defective within the warranty period, Tubularip will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product with a similar one. Replacement products or parts may be new or refurbished to new performance and reliability standards.

4. Exclusions

Expendable parts such as light bulbs, fuses, and belts are not covered under this warranty. Additionally, this warranty does not cover any shipping, handling, or installation costs associated with replacement parts.

5. Non-Tubularip Manufactured Products

Products not manufactured by Tubularip are not covered under this warranty. Customers should contact the manufacturer directly for non-tubularip warranty claims.
