At Tubularip, we take pride in ensuring our product inspections equipment reach our customers in a timely and safe manner.

Processing Time:

All orders for parts are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping times are estimates only and can vary based on your location, availability of products, and circumstances beyond our control (e.g. customs clearance procedures, courier delays).

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to a number of countries. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Tubularip, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

30-Day Return Period:

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

Proof of Purchase:

Please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation with your return.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact our customer service team at info@tubularip.com.

Shipping Costs:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that our return & exchange policy does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
