We accept returns of items within 30 days of receipt if they are in their original condition: unused, undamaged, and packaged as received. Custom orders and clearance items are not eligible for returns unless faulty.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect.
3. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 5. Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
